- Inappropriate Behaviour
- Worldwide DVD Forums believes in integrity and respects what other forums have to offer. Because we realise members of Worldwide DVD Forums may also be members of other forums, do not try to degrade or discredit other forums, their administrators and moderators, or their members. This includes slander and other offensive comments.
- DO NOT Make Inappropriate or Offensive Posts - including threats, harrassment, trolling, prejudice, slander or deliberate insults/name-calling, or other negative remarks about Worldwide DVD Forums, its moderators and administrators, or your fellow members. Even if this is just your own personal opinion, RESPECT YOUR FELLOW MEMBERS.
- DO NOT use material exclusive to this site on other forums or websites without permission. All exclusive material on this site is copyrighted and duplication is STRICTLY prohibited.
- DO NOT HOTLINK any images you have not uploaded yourself.
- DO NOT DISCUSS or post links to copied/pirate DVDs or copying software. This includes P2P file sharing and Torrents.
- DO NOT POST PORN or adult content. This also includes sites promoting activities such as drug abuse, gambling and links to sites containing such content.
- DO NOT embed cookies in your posts in the Worldwide DVD Forums.
- We want Worldwide DVD Forums to be open to people of all ages, genders, races, and sexualities, so any inappropriate or offensive posts will be deleted.
- Even though this is an international forum, please make sure that your posts are written in English.
- Our SPAM Policy
- Please make sure that you are posting for the good of the community, not just for the sake of self-promotion.
- Please refrain from posting affiliate links in our forums for other sites.
- DO NOT use Worldwide DVD Forums as a basis for spamming or scamming our members.
- Surveys are not allowed, unless you have been given permission in advance from a member of the Forum Team.
- Do NOT use the Worldwide DVD Forums community for the purpose of 'spam' or excessive advertisements! This includes forum posts, private messages, or emails to other Worldwide DVD Forums members.
- Our moderators reserve the right to refuse membership to spammers, known troublemakers or forum trolls.
- Our moderators reserve the right to edit or delete any posts they consider to be 'spam'.
- If we find that you are spamming our community, you will be warned by a Member of the Forum Team, and it may lead to the deletion of your posts and/or the banning of your Worldwide DVD Forums account.
- We take PM/Email abuse very seriously, and it will result in the immediate banning of your membership and ban of your IP address, without warning.
- Multiple Posts
- DO NOT post the same topic in multiple forums. If you are unsure of which forum a thread should go under, just state that in your post, and a moderator will move the thread to the correct forum. Multiple posts are unnecessary and will be deleted.
- DO NOT post the same question multiple times in multiple threads in the same forum. If no one responds to your question, just press the bump topic button to bring the message to the top of the list so it will be noticed.
- Signature Restrictions
- Maximum length: 3 lines.
- You may link to your site, but no illegal, pornographic or otherwise objectionable links are allowed.
- No more than 2 links per signature.
- Do not display inappropriate images in your signature.
- Font Restrictions
- Do NOT use excessively large font sizes or all CAPITALS, as it is considered to be "shouting" and will be edited back down to the default size by the moderators.
- Multiple Accounts
- Multiple accounts are not allowed at Worldwide DVD Forums. If you lose your password you can request a new one through the appropriate link. Members found to be posting from multiple accounts will be banned.
- Forum Abuse Policy
- 1st Offence - A Private Message from a Team member pointing out the Forum Rules
- 2nd Offence - A warning from a Team member and/or temporary ban from Worldwide DVD Forums.
- 3rd Offence - The user's membership will be removed from Worldwide DVD Forums.
All information submitted to Worldwide DVD Forums belongs to the respective poster, but ultimately all information is submitted on the understanding that this information becomes the property of Worldwide DVD Forums. To duplicate this information, you will need the permission of the poster or a member of the Forum Team.
By joining Worldwide DVD Forums, you agree to abide by the forum rules, and you understand that violations will not be tolerated.
Please notify us of any member whom you feel to be in violation of these rules by using the report button on the offending post or via PM.
